MetisL2: Redefining the Layer 2 Industry

Congratulations to @MetisL2 for successfully being listed on Binance. The liquidity will be further enhanced and the prospects are boundless. I have written many articles about Metis, and I am deeply pleased that Metis is getting stronger step by step. It is no accident that Metis has come to this day. While I am excited, I would like to say a few words:

1) Just when the decentralized Sequencer process such as Arbitrum and Optimism was stagnant, Metis jumped out to make a decentralized Sequencer. In fact, the decentralization of the sequencer is not a purely technical problem. There are entangled interests, rights and secrets behind it. The protection of the Crypto spirit is the problem.

Metis has the courage to be a restless disruptor. It said that it would let layer 2 "put down its power", and it has done so. The decentralized Sequencer will be launched soon after multiple rounds of internal testing.

2) Although it seems that layer2 needs to use ETH as the gas token to be orthodox, and using independent tokens to pay for gas always feels a bit deviant, Metis was determined to make layer2 a huge decentralized economy from the beginning. A universal chain, only in this way can the native Token drive the layer2 ecology to truly flourish, instead of just enjoying the spillover effects of the main network and relying on airdrops and hair-raising parties to support the narrative and future.

Facts have also proved that Metis's choice is correct. Recently, Starknet issued an airdrop, STARK became a Gas Token to encourage users to do DeFi Spring, and zkSync is also using the Paymaster function to use some DApp tokens as Gas Tokens. Layer2’s Token is releasing huge Utlity scenes, which will be the basis for layer2 to become even stronger.

3) Although the origin is also OP-Rollup, the OP camp did not implement Battle-tested in the 7-day challenge window. In response to this, Metis innovatively launched the hybrid hybrid-Rollup in pursuit of the safe cross-chain of user assets. , allowing users to safely withdraw important withdraw scenes through the ZK-Rollup channel, and there are many reasons behind the launch of this hybrid technology.

I have always been very optimistic about @MetisL2, not for anything else, but because of its eclectic and unique approach in the layer 2 market. To a certain extent, it is redefining the layer 2 industry and leading the layer 2 industry.
